July 2014 Chapter Statement of Activity Uploaded in QuickBooks

i Treasurers,

The July Statement of Activity has finally been uploaded to your QuickBooks Online account.  The new software used to upload the chapter funding allocation entry uses account names to map the information to the respective accounts.  Please DO NOT edit account names or account numbers.  National will be sending out a revised chart of accounts in the coming weeks.  As a reminder, please do not make any changes at this point.  Please review the journal entry with the Chapter Funding reports for accuracy and include applicable departments and class codes.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
