Fashion Monday: The Greenest of Watches

Sprout watch On Fashion Monday, we highlight a hip, green fashion item. Got a stylish eco-friendly product to recommend? Tell us about it and look for it in an upcoming blog post.

Time to be green! Sprout makes the eco-friendliest watches we’ve seen or heard of yet. The hyper-green company’s durable timepieces are made of at least 80% compostable materials, as well as organic cotton (for the strap) and bamboo (for the faceplate). They’re powered by mercury-free batteries, come in recycled packaging – and they’re pretty attractive, too. Around $30
