My state has imposed harsh penalties for littering especially if its a cigarette butt. Most people I know carry an extra ashtray in their car a 1000.00 fine for a cigarette but is quite the fine.

First, I can't believe that so many people still smoke when all the evidence is in front of them.It seems that smoking is not only bad for one's health and those around them, but bad for the environment as well!


I propose to ban smoking while driving!

I hasten to add that all fires are bad. In fact, some habitats are adapted to fire, and having a healthy sunburn. I never found such a great and amazing content.

I would be really interested to see the correlation numbers in such a study... I would also like to see when each manufacture stopped making ash trays.
